Terms & Conditions

WATERTOTS  TERMS & CONDITIONS

All parents must abide by Watertots terms and conditions.

If parents do not they must cease swimming and will not be issued with a refund.

Booking

Our lessons run throughout the year during term time (holidays run in line or as close as possible to school holidays). All term dates are available on our website. Due to our rolling curriculum, you are able to enrol and start your classes any week of the year and sign up for the remainder of a term. We will agree a start date with you and once the booking has been completed this start date will be  confirmed with you along with payment details and a registration form will be texted to you. This must be completed before your child attends class and payment made before you attend.

Re-Booking

Close to the end of each term we will let you know by text the dates of the next term and ask you to confirm if you wish to rebook. We will send you reminder texts and if you do not inform us of your wish to hold your class we will release your space/s.

Payment

Payment must be made before your child attends. You will be texted with the payment details in advance of your class.

Payment can be made in three ways:

Cheque made payable to Watertots

Bank transfer – details will be confirmed once your class confirmation has been sent

Cash

Refunds and Cancellations

Watertots is under no obligation to refund your money if you are unable to attend any lessons that run as normal (for instance for a child’s sickness /  if you are affected by bad weather but the pool is still open).

If a lesson has to be cancelled then Watertots will inform you by text. We will try, where possible, to re-schedule your lesson for another week in that term, however if a lesson has to be cancelled completely, we will give you a free lesson in the following terms.

Missed Lessons

We endeavour to offer make up classes for classes you have missed but this is not guaranteed.

Please ensure that if you wish to take photos of your child that you first ask the poolside manager who will organise it so only your child is in the photograph / video. Please stop filming if asked to do so and in some instances where other children are in the footage you will be asked to delete it.

If photos are taken inadvertently of other children in the class, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are not published on any public forum.

You are responsible for supervising any children you bring at all times. Any children that are watching lessons should always be under the care and supervision of an adult who is not taking part in the lesson.
